FLYING TO SYDNEY? WE’RE HERE TO HELP

We aim to make travelling with your children as stress-free as possible. If you are flying into Sydney Airport we can deliver to your hire car before you arrive and pick up from the Airport once you have departed.

If you are not hiring a car, perhaps you have family or friends collecting you, they can have your chosen baby equipment delivered to their home prior to your arrival or you can pick up from our Sydney Airport (Waterloo) branch free of charge. Please note: PERSON TO PERSON DELIVERIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT AIRPORT.

HIRE A BABY SEAT OR HIRE A BABY CAPSULE TO TAKE YOU FROM A TO B
We invite you to take advantage of our Airport Concierge Service, enabling you to have your baby capsule, car seat, pram and portacot ready for your arrival. Just ask your hire car service operator to provide access to the vehicle for our fitters to ensure installation can be completed. If you are not hiring a car we can deliver to your accomodation prior to your arrival.

For just $29.95, we’ll pick up, install and collect at the end of your holiday – all taken care of. Airport deliveries are conducted between 9 am and 3 pm. Once the hire items are in your hire car they are considered delivered and you are responsible for them until they are returned to us. You are required to personally remove all hire items from the vehicle and return them to the hire car depot staff for collection. Items left in cars are not recoverable and you will be liable for the full replacement cost of each one. This will be charged to your credit card without notice.

We will always do our best to install restraints in your hire car prior to your arrival however we cannot guarantee this. Without notification, airport (or rental) car staff may move seats from one car to another after our installation has been completed. We always endeavor to install the hired restraints at the time of delivery however if this is not possible due to the unavailability of your rental car at the pre-booked time, the restraint will be left for your collection with rental car staff and installation instructions/user guide will be emailed to you. Please be aware that you are liable for the loss or damage to any hired item if the loss or damage occurs as a result of mishandling by rental car staff (by removing the items from the vehicle in the interim). Any missing items or parts thereof will be charged to your card, without further notice, at replacement cost.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to check if the child restraint meets the child’s requirements, you may need to adjust the seat in terms of height of the straps, if required. As the child was not present at the time of installation, we are unable to guarantee that the harness setting is correct for the height of the child.

As soon as you have your reservation number from your hired car company, contact us via email or phone to choose your products and arrange delivery. We will require the following details from you on booking:

Your flight arrival and departure dates and times
The name of the hire car company
Your hire car reservation number
The full name the hire car is booked in
As part of our Sydney Airport Concierge Service, we will message you to confirm that your hired items have been installed and where you will be able to find your car.

Pre-payment on booking is required and cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee applies if it is cancelled.
