We aim to make travelling with your children as stress free as possible. If you have family or friends collecting you, they can have your chosen baby equipment delivered to their home prior to your arrival.

If you are flying into Sydney Airport and plan on hiring a car, we invite you to take advantage of our Sydney Airport Concierge Service, enabling you to have your car seat, pram and portacot ready in your hire car for when you land.

All our hired car seats and capsules are installed by our professional restraint fitters prior to your arrival at no extra cost.

As soon as you have your reservation number from your hire car company, contact us via email or phone to choose your products and arrange delivery. We will require the following details from you on booking:

1.  Your flight arrival time
2.  The name of the hire car company
3.  Your hire car reservation number

As part of our Sydney Airport Concierge Service, we will message you to confirm that your hired items have been installed and where you will be able to find your car.

Pre payment on booking is required and cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee applies if the booking is cancelled.
